Personalized, custom-made, gift card, and final sale items cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund if approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong product was shipped;

The item arrived damaged; or

The item is defective.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations
